Egifts.gr is the website of the trading company OIKOPEN - D.CHARISTOS-D.GOUSIS OE, which is located at the 2nd km of Allied Road, Oreokastro, ΤΚ 57013, THESSALONIKI, has VAT 084031539, DOU A 'THESSALONIKIS, and henceforth the Company will be called.

A) Order Online

5.2.2. Egifts.gr is not responsible for any errors, inaccurate, incomplete or illegal information to be obtained through the above procedures. Furthermore, although egifts.gr tries to receive telephone orders accurately, does not guarantee that orders received by telephone are always accurate.
5.2.3. From the moment when egifts.gr receives the order, it is confirmed and launched. Only then will the user's credit card be debited and the order shipped. By sending the order, egifts.gr will send the user electronically or by fax or by mail together with the goods the following information: The details and the address of the Company, the essential characteristics of the product sold, the price, the quantity and transport costs, the method of payment and delivery, the method of payment of the price, information on after sales services and the unjustified right of withdrawal that the consumer has within 14 calendar days, with an attached withdrawal statement form, as well as any other element that the Company deems necessary.
5.2.4. Egifts.gr may refuse to accept or cancel an order at its sole discretion, if the following reasons are met:

5.2.4.4. the customer has violated the rules and terms of use of egifts.gr.
5.3. Payment methods
The customer can pay for the products of egifts.gr using one of the following payment methods:
A) Payment by Bank Deposit
The customer can make a direct deposit in one of the bank accounts indicated on the egifts.gr website. He must enter his full name in the bank depository as a reason. In case he wishes to make a deposit through e-banking, you will also need the IBAN account code. In this case the customer must send to the fax number indicated on the egifts.gr website, the depository of the Bank, or contact by phone or e-mail.
Β) Payment By cash on delivery
The ordered products can be sent by cash on delivery and the customer can pay in cash upon delivery of the order to the employee of the transport company. The cost of cash on delivery is borne by the customer, including VAT.
Γ) Payment By Credit Card
In this case, the payment settlement process is handled by the cooperating Bank, according to the terms set by her. When entering the customer card details, the Bank does not charge the amount of the order, but binds it. The charge is made at the time of invoicing the order (as above under data 5.2.3.).
For the absolute security of electronic transactions through credit cards, these are done through the Bank's security system. So, during the credit card purchase process, the customer is automatically transferred to a secure server in the service of the bank. All data required for payment by credit card and transferred electronically by the customer to the service of the Bank, as well as their transfer from the Bank to VISA, MasterCard etc., are covered by the relevant encryption algorithm.
As follows from the above, egifts.gr and the Company do not collect or store in any way the credit card details of the customer, nor are they responsible for carrying out this procedure.
5.4. Shipping and delivery
5.4.1. Shipping Cost, which are explicitly listed on the egifts.gr website, paid by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5.4.2. Egifts.gr will try to send the products immediately, however, egifts.gr is not responsible for any delays independent of its will or diligence, as it cooperates with third parties for the delivery of its products.
5.5. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
5.5.1. If the customer wishes to cancel his order, must inform egifts.gr by fax, or by email within two (2) hours after placing his order.
5.5.2. If the customer wishes to withdraw from his order, can do so without justification within 14 working days from the receipt of the products, provided the products are unused and in resale condition (with original labels and packaging).
5.5.3. For the rest and in general, the rights that the customer has from the Law apply.
5.5.3. From the moment the returned products are received, checked and found to be in good condition with their labels etc., egifts.gr will pay the customer a full compensation or, if the customer so wishes, an exchange credit on demand, within thirty (30) calendar days.
5.5.4. Egifts.gr has the ability to refuse the payment of compensation or exchange credit, in the event that the products show signs of use or damage.
6. Guarantees
The products of egifts.gr are covered by a guarantee of each manufacturer. If any warranty problem arises, egifts.gr and the Company will address the issue as soon as possible, without however being able to guarantee the exact duration or efficiency of the defective repair or replacement process.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
7.1. These terms are governed by Greek law.
7.2. In case the user attempts to enter egifts.gr from areas outside Greece, this entry will be made at his own risk in terms of compliance with Greek law.
7.3. The courts of Thessaloniki are responsible for any dispute in relation to these terms and egifts.gr.
8. Difference
8.1. Transfer is not allowed, or the assignment of any right or claim based on these terms.
8.2. In case any term of the present is considered invalid by a competent court, this invalidity will not affect the validity of the rest, which will remain in full force.
8.3. If there is any discrepancy between these general terms and the corresponding special terms which may appear on egifts.gr, the latter will prevail.
